These terms cover your use of the Fare website and prototype. Fare is not affiliated with Uber. It does not issue securities or hold driver earnings.

The prototype

Fare lets Uber drivers log in, load trip history, and see how a completed fare could become a tokenized-stock reward on Solana.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security.

What you may do

You may use Fare with an Uber driver account you own, or with the sandbox trip set when Uber API credentials are not configured.

  • Use your own Uber driver login.
  • Do not attempt to claim another driver’s trips.
  • Do not disrupt or scrape the service.

Uber and brands

Uber, Uber Driver, and related marks belong to Uber Technologies, Inc. Fare is an independent prototype that uses Login with Uber where credentials exist.

No investment advice

Fare does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Tokenized securities can lose value and may be unavailable where you live.

Warranties and liability

The prototype is provided as-is. Trip import depends on Uber’s API, sandbox data, or both. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
